Accessibility
The bookshop is on two levels and there are stairs, but no lift, to access the lower ground floor. There is a small ramp providing step free wheelchair access from pavement level to the ground floor of the shop.
We are happy to search for books for customers who may have difficulty accessing all parts of the shop due to disabilities. Please do ask us. We welcome feedback on how we can improve the environment of the shop to make it more accessible.
If travelling by underground, Tottenham Court Road station has level access and lifts to platforms, but Leicester Square does not. (Covent Garden station has lifts but is not step free). See the Transport for London website for more information on step free access.
